I have it set to 94.9 and it works great. Other units head alot of static, this works great

No bells and whistles, but does a reasonably good job. Works well within a short distance from the radio, say 1 feet. I prefer to keep this connected to my iPod nano on the center console, which is close to the radio. And it works well. Have experienced some disturbance when getting into some city areas in NJ and NY, but a change in channel sets it back to track. Does not work from back seat, which is more than its small coverage area. Overall it provides value for money

This unit is so tiny and light that you don't notice it but works great not only in the car but indoors with your home stereo systems. We travel a lot and it is great to go into a friend's home turn on their stereo and hear our iPod music. Would recommend it to anyone.

The Av Lab iPod / iPhone FM Transmitter works, but feels very cheaply made. Can't expect too much for the price I bought it at. There is no way to lock the frequency, so if you accidentally hit the buttons while driving, you will have to pull over or wait until you get to a stop light to find the right frequency again. Another thing about this unit is that it doesn't latch on to your iPod, since it does not come with a holder it can move around while driving and the device comes off quite easily.

Works okay. Charging function works fine. Transmission is acceptable, but static and signal drop out is an issue. Feels flimsy, like it might only last a few months. Hopefully I'm wrong and it lasts. My iphone's GSM signal is a bit annoying and can overwhelm the sound at times. However, I can listen to streaming audio through Edge network and listen on my car's radio through this, so I'm happy.

This device is easy to hook up, charge, and operate. Range is OK in the car. Sound quality is good. Great value.

Took it out of the box, plugged it into ipod classic, adjusted the radio and it worked fine. All you need to do is make sure you have it tuned to an unused channel. Very simple and cheap too!

We had it hooked up and working in under one minute without any instructions. Just plug and go! Tried it with iPod classic.

Used with an iphone 3G. Static and poor sound altogether. Have to hold the unit and press against Iphone to help lessen static. Buttons to change the channel aren't responsive at times. Basically a waste, but I got it free with rebate so it was worth a try. I definitely wouldn't pay for it, you'd be disappointed.

Now I wasn't sure exactly what to expect at first inspection, and actually thought the LCD would light if I just plugged the power adapter (which was already plugged into a USB powered wall adapter) into it, but it wouldn't light up so I also initially thought it was defective, wrong, it is only powered on when attached to an iPod and the iPod is turned on ... ooppps, RTFM to me! (Though I'm not sure that was even mentioned in it anyway) ... so it did power up right away when connected to my friend's 8GB iPod Nano! Being in rural areas definitely helps; there were quite a few static only channels from which we got to choose to use during the trip. Better channels for us were under the 90MHz range, where it worked very well with no crackling discernible at all! The quality when the signal was strong was surprising, and I would actually say it sounded as good as a moderately strong radio station itself broadcasting the song. If the signal weakened because of outside interference or moving it too far from the radio itself, crackling could be heard at that time, but that didn't happen when we found the best frequency for the trip which could maintain a strong signal at the short distance we had it from the radio. I didn't have time to test longer ranges than a few feet, but I somehow doubt the 10 meter claim, unless they meant "any" signal at all could be maintained rather than an actual "good" signal with reasonably good sounding play! I can also attest to the very surprising fact that on 1 radio station where we could get an extremely weak radio signal broadcast coming in (mostly static with an occasional blip of a song or talking), that when the device was tuned to that particular station it did over-power it and the iPod was OK to listen to as well. However it could not over-power any signal which was even moderately weak coming in from an outside radio station and where talking or music could be heard most of the time, though I expected that anyway! PROS: Can use all frequencies from 87.9MHz~107.9MHz (intervals of 0.1MHz) for tuning. LCD blue backlit signal station indentifier. Very small and light. Very easy to use. Worked in stereo. Came with car adapter charger. Worked very well on several frequencies for me and sounded good to those of us listening. CONS: No off switch Has a rounded bottom ... wish it was a flat bottom and could act like a little mini stand on flat surfaces. Signal strength seemed much less than 10 meters, it started dropping in the car just after 2 feet away Very fragile construction, I recommend treating it very delicately if you expect it to last any time at all. Transmitter isn't very powerful; won't over power even fairly weak radio station signals Final Verdict: Overall the cons just weren't too imposing; I believe I would pay $5-$15 for this for the very short experience I have had with it (cost me $15/w $15 rebate), as it worked out very well on our first trip. I consider it just a little steep for the current pricing; there are other transmitters with remotes and USB ports for less than a $15 cost which also seem to work fairly well, but in the end it won't bother me too much because the device worked pretty darn well a
