    5 of 5 Too easy Wednesday, November 26, 2008
Rick S from Big Bear City, CA

Easiest KVM setup I have ever done...and with only 2 connections to the PC! The KVM cable piggybacks mouse & keyboard through one USB connection to the PC, saving ports for other items. Connected an XP box and a Vista box -- neither had any problems and there was nothing to install.

5 of 5 Great deal- Compact unit Wednesday, October 08, 2008
    Steve G from Pleasanton, CA
Nice unit, and more compact than the ones I see for $30 or more at electronics stores. Came with all cables and works great. I just have to make sure I specify the cheapest shipping next time I buy something.

4 of 5 Works on all but main system Monday, October 06, 2008
A Customer from New Orleans, LA
The switch works great with my spare computers, but throws up a "Generic USB Hub" device installation wizard on my main system that it can't resolve. I'll have to try it with a live CD to rule out hardware problems. A system rebuild is probably in order since the same system has a Bluetooth USB dongle in love with one particular usb port (it isn't even recognized on the other ports).

5 of 5 USB KVM works great Monday, October 06, 2008
    A Customer from Boston, MA
I have tried older PS2-type KVMs, and often had problems. This one just plugged in, and worked. Switching is reasonably fast; sometimes takes a couple seconds for keyboard/mouse to start working. No audio on this one, but I didn't need it for two servers.

5 of 5 Perfect for me Wednesday, September 24, 2008
    A Customer from Denver CO
I have been using this for 1 day only and I have a got a windows Xp box and Ubuntu box. I haven't had any problems with it. I also love the fact that you can switch between two machines using the keyboard (scrlk + scrlk). That really was a very pleasant surprise.

5 of 5 First KVM and very impressed.... Tuesday, May 06, 2008
    Alan from Chelsea, AL
I was very nervous about buying a KVM since I did not know what to expect. This KVM got good reviews so I took a change on it and have been very pleasantly surprised. Setup was virtually non existant...hardest part was crawling under my desk to run cables. I paid $20 for this so I'd say the value compared to some of the more expensive KVMs is excellent. I don't know what the others do that would warrant a much more expensive price but it'd be hard to convince me to not buy another one of these. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse that use 1 USB connection to connect to the computer and was impressed that the KVM did not have any issues recognizing both through 1 input.

5 of 5 Great KVM for the price Tuesday, April 29, 2008
    terriblecow from Boise, ID
This KVM delivered for me. My wife no longer has to switch monitor cables to use her computer when I'm on the road. Works great on my 24 inch 1920X1200 resolution screen. I also plugged a USB hub into one USB port so it'll switch any USB device instead of only mouse and keyboard. I also liked the cables that were included as they reduce the desk clutter. For the price I'm not sure you can get anything close.

    5 of 5 Works Great Monday, April 28, 2008
    A Customer from Allentown, PA
I bought this to replace a PS2 switch I had been using on my bench when repairing PC's. Seems most newer machines no longer use the PS2 ports. This works fine and suits my needs just great. Sure beats unplugging cables or having two of each on the bench taking up space.

    5 of 5 Works like a charm !!! Thursday, April 24, 2008
    A Customer from Vienna, VA
I bought this for home. It needed extremely simple setup, and works perfectly well between my PowerMac-G4-OSX and a PC-UbuntuLinux ... I decided to use my Mac USB Keyboard and Mouse, so I guess I miss out on the "hot key" functionality and use the switch buttons instead. Other than that, this has been working really well so far. Of course, BUY.COM shipping rocks - I ended up receiving the product the next day itself! :-)

    5 of 5 It works !!! Tuesday, March 25, 2008
    Sam from Bethlehem, PA
What can I say, connect all the cables, and it works!!! I am sharing a flat panel monitor, USB keyboard, and USB mouse, between a desktop and a Thinkpad laptop. No problems. The four foot cables were a little challenge, but I was able to position things where they would reach. Six foot cables would have been nicer.
